DLA Piper advises Renesas in its acquisition of Altium Limited

DLA Piper advised Renesas Electronics Corporation (Renesas), a supplier of advanced semiconductor solutions, in its acquisition of Altium Limited (Altium), a global leader in electronic design systems.
