Hannah Modi advises companies and groups based in Germany and abroad on the entire field of individual and collective employment law, including related areas of law, taking a practice-oriented approach to structural and strategic issues. In addition to representing companies in labor law and works constitution disputes (e.g., on personnel measures such as dismissals or hiring), she provides in-depth advice on co-determination law issues.

Hannah Modi is also regularly consulted on the employment law aspects of M&A transactions from both the buyer’s and the seller’s perspective as well as on the implementation of complex transformation measures (e.g., mergers) in a global context. She has extensive expertise in the area of reorganizations and restructurings and advises on all formal and practical requirements that need to be taken into account in the implementation of extensive and/or cross-border projects from an employment law perspective (e.g., in the context of envisaged operational changes or the legal consequences and the approach to a transfer of business). She focuses in particular on collective issues, especially with regard to the involvement of employee representative bodies.
