Aimee Albright

Aimee Albright focuses her practice in the private fund industry, representing fund sponsors in all aspects of the formation, structuring and ongoing operation of private investment funds. Aimee has extensive experience in launching closed-end private funds, including review and negotiation of offering and organizational documentation and side letters, and implementing investment structures to address fund and investor-level concerns. Her experience spans private equity, private credit, venture capital and real estate strategies. She has also worked on upper tier matters, funds-of-one, funds of funds, and secondary transactions.
