DLA Piper advises Palomar Holdings, Inc. in pricing of public offering of common stock

DLA Piper advised Palomar Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLMR) in connection with its public offering of 1,380,000 shares of common stock, for gross proceeds of approximately US$121 million. JP Morgan, Evercore ISI, and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a Stifel company, served as joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters.

Based in La Jolla, California, Palomar is an innovative specialty insurer serving residential and commercial clients in five product categories: Earthquake, Inland Marine and Other Property, Casualty, Fronting, and Crop.
