  • Defended and counseled clients on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) website's compliance and related claims in both New York and California
  • Won a precedential opinion from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in a patent lawsuit regarding non-standard fonts in upholding the client’s confidentiality designations for its source code and rejecting the opposition’s effort to gain access for its in-house counsel
