DLA Piper advises Point72 Private Investments in NaturalCycles US$55 million Series C financing round

DLA Piper (US) advised Point72 Private Investments in the US$55 million Series C financing round of women’s health company, NaturalCycles.

NaturalCycles is known for developing the world’s first direct-to-consumer contraceptive app, which is used by more than three million women worldwide. The capital raised will be used to invest in commercial acceleration, product research and development, and healthcare reimbursement automation.

Charles Torres (New York) led the DLA Piper team, which consisted of partners Larissa Bifano (Boston), Jennifer Kashatus (Washington, DC), Andy Serwin (San Diego), Melesa Freerks (Chicago), Jae Kim (Philadelphia) and Anil Kalia (Palo Alto) and associates Maria Rydder Schwartz, Jasmine Judge and Sami Jameel (all New York) and Ryan O’Connor (Short Hills).
