Tony Lopez

Tony Lopez is a US securities partner for DLA Piper's Capital Markets & Structured Investments team, with a personal practice focused on high yield/leveraged finance, debt capital markets and special situations. He has extensive experience representing corporate clients, sponsors, and investment banks in complex debt placements, bank/bond financing commitments, liability management exercises and bespoke 'rescue' solutions.

He has advised on public and private transactions for clients in more than 40 countries around the world.

In addition to his focus on international high yield, Tony advises on US securities law and capital markets solutions for asset and structured finance.
