DLA Piper advises LRQA in its acquisition of EcoEngineers
DLA Piper advised LRQA, a leading global assurance partner, in its acquisition of EcoEngineers, a US-based consulting, auditing, and advisory firm with an exclusive focus on energy transition.
With this acquisition, LRQA gains over 120 sustainability experts to further strengthen its capabilities. In turn, the integration enhances EcoEngineers’ US presence while supporting its expansion into the European market, where sustainability regulations continue to gain momentum.
