Casey Sobhani elected to American College of Real Estate Lawyers

DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Casey Sobhani, real estate partner and head of the firm’s Leasing practice, has been elected to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).

 

Founded in 1978, the American College of Real Estate Lawyers is an elite, invitation-only organization for real estate attorneys who have been elected to fellowship for their outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law. With 22 fellows — encompassing current and former partners and several past presidents — DLA Piper has the largest representation in ACREL of any law firm.

 

In addition to his role as DLA Piper’s head of Leasing practice, Sobhani serves as a co-location head of the firm's real estate group in Los Angeles. In his commercial leasing practice, Sobhani is a trusted advisor to some of the biggest institutional real estate owners and managers in the world, managing legal work for millions of square feet of commercial office, industrial and retail space across the nation. His clients include Fortune 500 companies and for lenders and borrowers in multimillion- and billion-dollar financings.
