• Bain Capital LLC’s acquisition of Diversey Holdings, Inc. (USD3,200million)
• HG Capital’s acquisition of IT Relation A/S (deal value USD314million)
• LeoPharma A/S’ investment in the US-based biotech company PellePharm, Inc. (deal value up to USD760million)
• Danfoss A/S’ acquisition of the public listed US-based company UQM Technologies, Inc. (deal value USD95million)
• Polaris Equity Partners’ acquisition of ProData Consult A/S (deal value USD78million)

• Talent 100: In connection with his stay in New York, John was selected for Berlingske Talent 100 (a list of the 100 most promising business talents in Denmark under the age of 35) and portrayed in an article under the headline “Unique Danish M&A talent in New York”.
