Andi Zrza is a litigator with a focus on economic public law. He advises and represents public entities and private sector clients in complex (EU) public procurement disputes, large-scale Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), concessions, and DBFM projects. Andi has also earned a strong reputation in high-stakes construction disputes, acting for both contractors and project developers.
Andi holds an additional Master’s degree in General Management from Vlerick Business School, the number one ranked institution for management in the Benelux. This has equipped him with a sharp ability to assess business and commercial priorities, enabling him to deliver pragmatic legal solutions that align seamlessly with his clients' strategic objectives.
