- Advising Foodstuffs on its new 65,000 square metre warehouse and head office at Auckland Airport.This includes in relation to the appointment of main contractor (led by the Airport), separate contractors and consultants.
- Advising on the preparation and negotiation of a bespoke long term performance-based maintenance contract for a large social housing portfolio.
- Advising Auckland Council on the hosting of a range of global events including the America's Cup, Women's Cricket World Cup and most recently its role in the 2023 FIFA Women's Football World Cup.
- Advising a developer on a $300 million Auckland CBD Hotel Project.
- Advising Scarbro Construction on the main contract for the $80 million Deloitte House 20 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
- Advising Yashili Dairy on contracts for the development of its $220 million dairy factory, including the main supply agreement based on the FIDIC Yellow Book.
Insurance sector
- Advising on the licensing of five insurers under the Insurance (Prudential Supervision) Act 2010 and the application of a range of regulation to insurers and brokers.
- Advising an array of consultants, contractors and principals on contract works, professional indemnity and general liability insurance policies and the inter-play between those policies and applicable contractual arrangements.
- Advising the Insurance Council of New Zealand on a range of regulatory and insurance related issues.
