Simone Loriggiola

Simone Loriggiola is a lawyer in the Transfer Pricing group within the Tax Department and works in the Milan office.

He has gained significant experience in preparing transfer pricing documentation (both Italian and global) and related supporting analyses, including economic analyses and benchmarking of intercompany financial transactions.

He has developed skills and experience in implementing transfer pricing policies and managing global transfer pricing documentation projects.

Simone has also gained solid experience in the Tax Control Framework (TCF), both in the design and implementation of tax risk control and management models and in monitoring activities (so‑called testing activities), as well as in activities related to the certification and/or attestation processes of the TCF itself.

He mainly deals with transfer pricing, international taxation, and tax risk compliance.
