Previously he gained experience in the transaction tax group of a BIG4 firm, where he focused on the taxation aspects of M&A and restructuring transactions, tax due diligence exercises and tax reviews. Thereafter, as a lawyer of another major international law firm Imre Béres has developed his knowledge and skills in the field of corporate and commercial law matters as well.
