UK Public Procurement Reform Webinar: Your first procurement under The Procurement Act 2023

11 February 2025 | 13:00 – 14:00 GMT

The Procurement Act sets much of UK public procurement on a new path. A detailed understanding of the new approach is essential for public bodies and suppliers.

In our upcoming webinar, DLA Piper's procurement reform team will guide you through the key reforms of the Procurement Act 2023 to help prepare you for your first procurement under the Act. The session will consider:

  • Notices and transparency
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Contract performance – setting and monitoring KPIs
  • Exclusions
  • Awarding contracts

The webinar will answer key questions about the new types of notices and when they need to be published, how to assess and mitigate conflicts of interest, when to exclude suppliers, how to set and monitor key performance indicators, and the contract award process under the Act. Please do join us to get up to speed on these essential parts of running and responding to a procurement before the new regime goes live at the end of February.
