In addition, Kevin maintains a broad general commercial disputes practice that covers misconduct allegations brought against financial institutions, international arbitration, construction, and corporate insolvency.
Kevin was recently seconded to a major Chinese insurer to advise on the restructuring of a distressed private equity investment in the education sector.
