Prior to his legal career, Parker worked as an engineer for an advanced technologies company, where he designed systems and led projects relating to infrared and visible optics and detectors, image and signal processing, lasers, radar, naval combat systems and missile defense. His experience includes complex system analysis, software simulation development, integration and testing.
