Sean Faehrmann

Sean is the international director for sustainability and organisational change for the Business Advisory practice at DLA Piper. Working across the firm’s international offices, he brings together world class consultants and lawyers to help clients confidently navigate their most challenging environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, from setting clear ambition right through to successfully operationalising cross functional change.

As a member of the DLA Piper ESG global steering committee, he also helps guide the company’s own sustainability agenda.
While successfully delivering in some of the most challenging corporate environments across a range of sectors, including financial services, infrastructure, manufacturing, consumer goods and sports, Sean has become highly regarded for his pragmatic and decisive approach.

Sean’s passion is to work with business leaders to help them deliver their initiatives and importantly, realise the expected benefits. Clients enjoy the accountability, honesty and passion he brings, with his greatest strength being his ability to successfully lead groups of people, especially in complex and difficult environments.
