  • Advising NorthEdge Capital and the management sellers on the sale of DW3 to Masonite.
  • Advising Together and its founder on the sale by Equistone Private Equity.
  • Advising LDC and the management sellers on the sale of ATG Access to Hill & Smith in a deal which valued the business at GBP22.5 million.
  • Advising WestPoint Home LLC on its acquisition of Vision Support Services, an international textile supplier to the hospitality sector.
