Lauren Grinder's litigation experience includes product liability defense, employment disputes, medical malpractice defense, insurance defense and class action defense.

Lauren has experience guiding clients through the phases of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, authoring and arguing dispositive motions in state and federal courts, and handling appeals. Lauren has also served on teams responsible for the work-up and trial of multidistrict litigation cases for pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers. Beyond litigation, Lauren has experience providing regulatory compliance and risk management advice to pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers.
