• Acted for a HK investment holding company in a share purchase agreement dispute, that involves litigations in HK (CFI & CA), UK and Thailand and arbitration in Singapore and which concerns a leading renewable energy company in Thailand, with one of the HK court judgments reported in [2018] 4 HKLRD 264.
• Acted for a high-net-worth individual and his family in various disputes with the new ownership and management of a HK listed company, that involves litigations in HK and which concerns a HK real estate property worth over HKD300m.
• Acted for a major PRC energy company in a joint venture agreement dispute with a major Spanish global energy company in a LCIA arbitration, during a secondment with the International Arbitration team in London.
• Acted for a major global real estate services and investment firm in a joint venture investment dispute over a PRC real estate property in a HKIAC arbitration and BVI and PRC litigations.
• Acted for numerous HK listed companies and their directors in regulatory actions taken by the SFC and HKEX.
• Handled regulatory investigations and disciplinary actions against HK listed companies and their directors, for breach of the listing rules arising out of corporate fraud, director’s misconduct or negligence, failure of internal controls, etc.*
