David Wright

David Wright advises trustees and employers on all aspects of pensions law including scheme mergers, money purchase conversions and reviewing and updating scheme documentation.

David advises them on the fulfilment of their duties, the exercise of their discretions and on pension scheme governance issues. He also advises extensively on investment related matters including the negotiation of complex investment contracts.

David is a director of the organisation's independent trustee company (Fountain Trustee Limited) and a trustee of its occupational pension scheme.
