Jocelyn van Moergastel

Jocelyn van Moergastel, attorney at law, is a member of the Finance, Projects & Restructuring practice group in our Amsterdam office since 2019. She advises both national and international clients. Her clients are primarily banks and other financial institutions, private equity investors and borrowers.

Jocelyn is qualified in the Netherlands. She advises on a wide range of subjects such as structuring and restructuring, documentation and negotiation in the area of corporate lending, project finance and leveraged finance transactions.
