Sean McGuiness
Senior AssociateSean is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration team based in London. Sean focuses his practice on international arbitration and cross-border litigation and has acted on disputes for international companies, funds, financial institutions and governments with a particular focus on energy and natural resources, technology and financial services. Sean has represented clients before leading arbitration institutions such as the LCIA, ICC and AAA as well as in proceedings before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Courts of England and Wales.
