Corinne McCarthy advises on construction and engineering matters in relation to large-scale commercial property developments, PPP projects (and, in the UK, PFI schemes), energy and waste projects. She was a member of our Construction team that advised on the London 2012 Olympic Games venues. Her clients include central and local government, construction and engineering companies and developers.
Corinne's experience is not just in relation to domestic projects. She also works on projects outside the UK, with a particular emphasis in the last couple of years on EPC contracts for development projects in Africa. Her experience extends to advising banks and other lenders providing finance in relation to engineering and building projects. She has a wide experience in the use, amendment and negotiation of standard forms agreements in the construction and engineering industries as well as bespoke contracts.
