  • Prevailed in jury verdict in state court for sporting enterprise in breach of contract action.
  • Won a jury verdict in state court over an attorneys' fees award in state court.
  • Achieved complete dismissals in numerous securities class action lawsuits and life sciences litigation.
  • Represented private equity firm in employment disputes in arbitration.
  • Successfully negotiated, mediated, and settled indemnification claims and breach of contract disputes.
