Jason is developing his practice in complex commercial litigation, internal and government investigations, and white-collar criminal defense. He assists with representing companies and individuals in investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Additionally, Jason assists with advising clients in matters implicating the securities laws. Jason received his J.D. from Boston College Law School.

Jason is developing his practice in complex commercial litigation, internal and government investigations, and white-collar criminal defense. He assists with representing companies and individuals in investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Additionally, Jason assists with advising clients in matters implicating the securities laws. Jason received his J.D. from Boston College Law School. 

While in law school, Jason interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, Civil Division, where he supported the office’s Affirmative Civil Enforcement Unit. Jason also interned for a full year at the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, where he represented state agencies and officials in state courts as part of the Government Bureau’s Constitutional & Administrative Law Division as a SJC Rule 3:03 student attorney. 

In law school, Jason served as an executive managing editor of the Boston College Law Review, president of the Disability Law Student Association, and vice president of the Asian Pacific-American Law Student Association. Jason also served as a research assistant for Professor Mark S. Brodin and as a teaching assistant for a first-year Critical Perspectives in Law and Identity course.

Jason maintains an active and varied pro bono practice. He serves as a legal mentor with Discovering Justice and assists with the representation of indigent criminal defendants in federal cases under the Criminal Justice Act.
