Rommy Hage

Rommy Hage represents sponsors and investors in forming, investing in, and operating private funds. His practice focuses on representing the sponsors and management teams of leading real estate, and other private equity investment funds in their global fundraising activities.

In addition to structuring fund sponsor and management arrangements, including parallel funds, co-investment entities, and special purpose vehicles, Rommy has experience in structuring real estate related joint venture acquisitions, REIT transactions, and ongoing fund operational matters. Rommy also represents institutional and individual high-net-worth investors in private fund investments and side letter negotiations.

Rommy also advises investment advisers on regulatory compliance matters, including SEC registration requirements and available exemptions, Form ADV and other regulatory filings, and SEC examinations.
