Marcelina advises clients on energy law, in particular related to low-carbon energy sources, i.e. wind, PV, nuclear energy, and also green hydrogen and renewable fuels.
She participates in due diligence reviews of RES projects in Poland and supports clients in proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, e.g. license proceedings and connection disputes.
Marcelina monitors both Polish and EU legislation and analyses planned changes that are relevant to companies developing RES projects.
She also advises clients on ongoing issues related to energy law.
Advising Equinor on the acquisition of the 26 MW "Wilko" onshore wind farm, located in the Wielkopolska region, from the Helios Group.
Advising EDP Renewables Polska on the sale of a 142 MW wind farm portfolio to Orlen S.A.
Advising EDP Renewables Polska on the sale of 2 photovoltaic farms with a total capacity of 280 MWp and a wind farm comprising 13 turbines with a capacity of 26 MW to Grupa ORLEN S.A.
Participating in due diligence reviews for large-scale investments, including wind farm projects and photovoltaic farms, both for the purpose of obtaining financing and in connection with M&A transactions.
Participating in proceedings before the Energy Regulatory Office regarding connection disputes and obtaining licences.
