Khaled Dadi advises on a broad range of commercial contracts, such as contracts regarding the supply or purchase of products and/or services, the appointment of commercial agents, the organization of a distribution- or franchise network and other types of partnerships. Khaled has also advised many clients on e-commerce related matters, including advice on the launch of online platforms in the Dutch/EU marketplace, consumer protection law and the conclusion of contracts online.
Besides his commercial contracts practice, Khaled has vast experience in the field of IT- law and digital transformation projects. Khaled has e.g. been involved in major strategic IT / Outsourcing litigation cases for high-profile clients, acting on behalf of both IT-vendors and their customers. The nature of the disputes range from IT-licensing disputes, failed IT projects and specific performance disputes.
Khaled has also advised many clients on sustainability projects dealing with a.o. to reduction and/or offsetting of carbon emissions and the production of renewable energy such as BioLNG from organic waste. In this regard, Khaled has also worked with clients to implement sustainability policies contractually throughout the supply chain.
In addition to his work for clients, Khaled is heavily involved in pro bono work for NGO's such as Solidaridad, Plan Nederland and Unicef. Khaled has also been involved as lecturer in the "Know your rights" project. This project is designed to empower refugees by educating them on their rights.
