DLA Piper advised LumApps and its shareholders on the acquisition of a majority stake in LumApps by Bridgepoint.

DLA Piper advised LumApps, a leader in next-generation intranet solutions, and its shareholders (including its founders and investment firms Eurazeo, Goldman Sachs, Bpifrance Participations, Iris Capital Management, and Famille C Venture) on Bridgepoint's acquisition of a majority stake in LumApps.

The arrival of Bridgepoint as majority shareholder will allow LumApps, which is at the forefront of the intranet market, to focus on three main areas: international expansion, product innovation, and external growth opportunities.

LumApps' founders and management will remain strongly invested in the company's capital and activities.

The completion of the transaction is scheduled for July 2024.

The DLA Piper team was led by Paris-based partners Simon Charbit and Thomas Priolet, with support from Edouard Baladès, counsel, and Morgane Le Duc, associate, for transactional aspects, Fanny Combourieu, partner, and Louis-Augustin Jourdan, counsel, for tax aspects and Jérôme Halphen, partner, for employment law aspects.
