DLA Piper’s Kelsey Tavares named to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s 2024 list of Up & Coming Lawyers

DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Kelsey Tavares has received an Excellence in the Law award from Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. She was named to this year’s Up & Coming Lawyers list, which honors standout attorneys for their legal accomplishments, thought leadership and community involvement.

An associate in the firm’s Boston office, Tavares is in DLA Piper’s Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group. She has experience guiding clients through the phases of litigation, including dispositive motions, fact and expert witness development, bellwether analysis and selection, coordination of discovery requests and responses, depositions, and trial preparation.

In addition to her litigation practice, she also advises clients on regulatory compliance and risk management, including compliance with federal, state and local agency regulations and guidance promulgated by the FDA, FTC, TTB and CPSC.
