DLA Piper advises VANLIER B.V. on its successful IPO

DLA Piper has advised VANLIER B.V. and its selling shareholder on the successful completion of the admission to trading and public offering of shares B in the capital of VANLIER B.V. at Nxchange.

VANLIER is a premium Dutch fashion brand in classic and casual shoes and high-end sneakers which has an ambitious innovation and growth strategy. This IPO marks a major step in the execution of VANLIER’s strategy. Investors are offered to participate in the capital of the well-known shoe brand and become a member of the VANLIER community.

DLA Piper advised VANLIER and the selling shareholder on all aspects of Dutch law in view of the admission to trading, corporate governance, financial regulatory aspects, and provided long-term strategic advice.
