About

Klaudia Lorent specialises in M&A transactions in the renewable energy sector. She advises clients on the development and acquisition of wind farm projects and other renewable energy sources in Poland. She has experience in preparing and negotiating transaction documentation, with a particular focus on renewable energy sector projects. She advises clients on the initial development phase, the investment phase and the construction phase of projects. She also advises on contractual issues, including those related to Power Purchase Agreements and supply contracts in the energy sector.

Klaudia has experience in providing transactional advice to clients in the renewable energy sector, including negotiating acquisition agreements (both in the form of share and asset acquisitions) and development service agreements. She also advises on the sale processes of large project portfolios to institutional investors participating in transactions from the negotiation of key transaction terms, preparation of first drafts of transaction agreements, negotiation of documentation, support in meeting transaction conditions and finalization of transactions. 

She has a deep knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements, which she successfully applies to the business and operational needs of energy companies.
