EXPERIENCE

  • Advising Bankia on a REOs sale transaction, value of 500 million euros
  • Advising Perella Weinberg Real Estate (currently Aermont) in connection with the purchase of a number of shopping centres in Spain (such as Airesur and Barakaldo) for an approximate amount of 250 million euros
  • Advising Aermont on the due diligence process and offer submission for the acquisition of a portfolio of students accommodation facilities in Spain and Ireland
  • Advising Natixis, CA-CIB and Banco Santander on the financing of a shopping centre, for 150 million euros
  • Advising AXA Investment Managers and JP Morgan on the acquisition of a portfolio of facility agreements with collateral security, nominal value of 4.5 billion
  • Advising a bank syndicate, comprised by RBS, Oaktree, ING and Westdeutsche Inmobilienbank, on the re-financing of a facility agreement with collateral security, for an outstanding nominal value of 150 million euros
  • Advising Bankia on a REOs sale process initiated by Bankia, value of 4.2 billion euros, which was ultimately stopped by Bankia
  • Advising Goldman Sachs on the due diligence process and offer submission for the acquisition of a portfolio of facility agreements with collateral security, for a nominal amount of 700 million euros
  • Advising Aermont on the acquisition of a portfolio of facility agreements with collateral security of Royal Bank of Scotland, nominal amount of 800 million euros
  • Advising Hispania on a commercial transaction regarding the acquisition of Realia Business' shares, by means of a voluntary IPO, and senior debt acquisition in an approximate amount of 700 million euros
  • Advising several Spanish middle market developers (Euroconsult, Assignia, Monthisa, Maexpa, among others) in their respective re-financing processes
  • Advising Repsol on the sale of its headquarters in the amount of 850 million euros
  • Advising Mutil Corporation on the development, re-financing and sale of a shopping centres portfolio in Spain, amounting to over 250 million euros
  • Advising Sonae on the development, re-financing and sale of a shopping centres portfolio in Spain, amounting to over 400 million euros
  • Advising ING Real Estate Development on the development, re-financing and sale transaction of a shopping centres portfolio in Spain, amounting to over 350 million euros
