  • Advising major Austrian bank on the enforceability, structuring and close-out netting arrangements under Ukrainian law of derivative transactions documented under the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement (English-law governed). The transaction is among the first derivative deals concluded in Ukraine after close-out netting regulations under the Capital Markets Law became effective.
  • Advising an international financial institution on Ukrainian law matters of a local currency loan equivalent to USD 65 million for the acquisition of the country’s leading pay-TV and cable broadband service provider in the retail segment.
