DLA Piper advises LAUNCH on strategic investment from Capitol Meridian Partners
DLA Piper advised LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions (LAUNCH), a leading provider of workforce solutions to the aviation, manufacturing, and defense industries, on a strategic investment from Capitol Meridian Partners (CMP).
Founded in 2011, LAUNCH partners with aviation companies in 400+ locations worldwide on technical workforce solutions and services, including a range of aircraft platforms and systems, such as airframes, avionics, in-flight connectivity, and interiors. CMP’s investment will support the company’s continued expansion and enhancement of these service offerings and more.
“We are pleased to support LAUNCH with this significant milestone as it continues to grow and strengthen its position in the industry,” said Adam Ghander, the DLA Piper partner who led the deal team. “It was a pleasure working with them and CMP’s team on this transaction, and we look forward to seeing LAUNCH succeed in its future endeavors.”
