DLA Piper advises Cabot Properties on the acquisition of a logistics property in Viersen

DLA Piper has advised Cabot Properties, an internationally active asset and investment manager, on the acquisition of an approximately 24,000 square meter logistics centre in Viersen, North Rhine-Westphalia.

The property includes 10,000 square metres of logistics area and 770 square metres of office space. Built in 2013, the property is currently fully let to Nippon Express, one of the leading logistics service providers for general and specialised transport solutions. The property is very well connected due to its proximity to the ports of Duisburg and Düsseldorf/Neuss as well as Düsseldorf Airport.

Cabot Properties specializes in industrial and logistics real estate, and the acquisition of this property complements their portfolio, exemplifying the company's expansion strategy in Europe.
