DLA Piper welcomes Frances Mosley to the Corporate Practice

DLA Piper is pleased to welcome Frances Mosley as a partner in the Corporate Practice. She will be based in the Palo Alto office.

Mosley’s practice focuses on a wide range of transactional and corporate matters, with an emphasis on life sciences and healthcare. She advises startups and venture investors on corporate issues, board governance, operations, securities law compliance, venture capital and debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Her clients span various industries, including technology, software, life sciences, healthcare, and logistics.

Her notable experience includes advising a clinical stage biotechnology company in the fields of oncology and autoimmune diseases in connection with its $75 million Series A financing round; representing a digital therapeutics company in multiple rounds of financing totaling $76 million and in its acquisition of a digital health application company; and representing the lead investor in connection with a $400 million Series C financing round for a major fashion brand.
