DLA Piper advised TRATON on the update of its EUR12 billion EMTN Program

DLA Piper has advised TRATON SE on the update of its EUR12 billion EMTN Program including TRATON SE as German issuer and guarantor, TRATON Finance Luxembourg S.A. as Luxembourg issuer and TRATON Treasury AB as newly added Swedish issuer of debt securities.

The base prospectus was approved by the Luxembourg Supervision Commission of the Financial Sector on 31 March 2022 and the notes to be issued under the EMTN Program are listed on the official list of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and admitted to trading on the regulated market thereof.
