DLA Piper was recognized as the #2 most active law firm for private equity deal volume in the US and globally, according to PitchBook’s 2022 Annual Global League Tables rankings.
According to the data collected by PitchBook, DLA Piper was recognized as one of the most active legal advisors in a number of private equity sectors, ranking #1 in B2C, #2 in B2B, financial services and IT, and #3 in healthcare.
Additionally, DLA Piper ranked #1 in private equity deal volume in Europe and ranked as one of the most active law firms handling private equity deals across the US, particularly in the West Coast, Southeast, Great Lakes and Mountain regions.
