About

Andrew Valentine is a partner in DLA Piper's Office of General Counsel and regularly advises firm lawyers on a variety of legal matters. As an intellectual property and commercial litigator for over 25 years, Andrew has tried cases in and appeared before state and federal courts, the Ninth Circuit and Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and the International Trade Commission (ITC).

Andrew also works closely with New Perimeter – DLA Piper’s global pro bono initiative – whose mission is to support legal advancement worldwide. As part of New Perimeter, Andrew has developed and participated in pro bono projects globally, including in Nepal, Laos, Myanmar, Namibia, Rwanda and Trinidad & Tobago.
