He accompanies startups, growth companies as well as their founders and investors from the foundation of the company through financing rounds to the exit by sale of the company or by IPO.
In addition, Marcel advises on complex corporate restructurings as well as on all day to day corporate legal matters, such as corporate governance and employee participation programs.

Prior Experience
