Valentina has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including distribution and supply agreements, licensing agreements, sponsorship and influencer agreements.
She is the author of numerous publications, regularly participates as a speaker in seminars on legal issues related to the IPT sector and is in charge of the Fashion Law course at Istituto Marangoni.
Valentina has worked on some of the first NFT projects drafting agreements among brands, artists, service providers and auction houses.
She regularly assists one of the biggest brands of sportswear worldwide in the enforcement and prosecution of its intellectual property rights in Italy and in the EU, also before the administrative authorities.
