DLA Piper partner Katie Jahnke Dale named to GlobeSt.’s 2024 Women of Influence list

DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Katie Jahnke Dale, co-location head of the firm’s Chicago Real Estate practice and co-managing partner of the firm’s Chicago and Minneapolis offices, has been named to GlobeSt.’s 2024 Women of Influence list recognizing individuals “that have personally impacted the market and significantly driven the industry to new heights via their outstanding successes.”

Jahnke Dale’s practice involves representing developers, purchasers, sellers and owners of institutional, residential and commercial property in securing development and zoning approvals, negotiating and implementing public-private development and financing arrangements and incentives, performing general and zoning due diligence, and negotiating and closing real estate acquisitions and dispositions.

She was also recently named to Bisnow’s Chicago Women Leading Real Estate list recognizing rising stars in the real estate industry and was previously named a 50 Under 40 honoree by GlobeSt.
