Drew Rosenberry is a partner in the corporate transactional group, where he counsels clients on the corporate and tax aspects of complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, executive compensation and equity incentive arrangements. Additionally, he regularly serves as outside general counsel to numerous private equity owned portfolio companies and other public and private companies advising on various legal matters in connection with their day-to-day business activities. Drew has led transactions in a wide variety of industries, including, healthcare, manufacturing, food and beverage and other consumer packaged goods, aviation, software, technology, professional services and marketing, among others.
