Mandeep Kalra

Mandeep Kalra focuses his practice in the area of corporate law, with particular experience in capital markets/securities and public company advisory work. Mandeep has represented both issuers and underwriters in registered as well as private placement offerings of equity and debt securities, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, secondary offerings, at-the-market offerings (ATMs), and high-yield debt offerings. He has also advised domestic and foreign issuer clients on SEC reporting and disclosure requirements, corporate governance, and other corporate law matters, as applicable.
