Katie Taylor practises in the areas of wills, estates and trusts law, with a ‎particular emphasis on estate planning and administration, as well as ‎corporate/commercial law, with a particular emphasis on advising ‎charities and not-for-profit organizations.‎

Katie assists clients in a broad range of wills, estates and trusts matters, including drafting wills and ‎administering estates. Katie also advises charities and not-for-profit organizations on a wide variety of ‎corporate and commercial issues, including governance and charitable registration.‎

During law school, Katie competed in the Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot, and she reviewed claims ‎of wrongful conviction as a caseworker with the UBC Innocence Project. Prior to law school, Katie earned ‎a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in history, as well as a Diploma in Accounting.‎

Katie summered and articled with the firm, before joining as an associate in 2020.‎
