Maria Teresa Madera

Maria Teresa Madera is a Lawyer in the tax practice group and is based in the Milan office.

Maria Teresa deals with tax matter in the context of indirect taxation, advising clients on VAT and customs matters and assisting them in tax controversy proceedings.

Maria Teresa has also gained solid experience in the Tax Control Framework (TCF), both in the design and implementation of tax risk control and management models and in monitoring activities (known as testing activities). She supports various companies and groups in accessing and managing the Cooperative Compliance regime, as well as in procedures for obtaining and managing AEO status.

She also handles M&A transactions, assisting clients with tax strategies and corporate restructuring operations, including tax due diligence activities.
