Christine LiCalzi focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense, investigations, and complex commercial litigation.
Christine has represented companies and individuals in investigations conducted by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the New York Attorney General's Office, as well as other federal, state, and international government and regulatory agencies. She represents clients in internal corporate investigations, and assists in the design, enhancement, and implementation of global compliance programs. Christine also has litigation experience representing public and private sector clients in federal and state courts around the country.
Christine was a federal law clerk in the Eastern District of New York. She graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as a legal writing fellow and member of the American Criminal Law Review.
